Federal Reserve's Ben Bernanke seeks further four years

Ben Bernanke, the Chairman of the US Federal Reserve, is seeking another four years in the job.

While there is little doubt he will be reconfirmed, the hearing could be contentious. Mr Bernanke faces increasing criticism for his handling of the financial crisis.
