Vaughn and Aniston are currently promoting their film in Europe |
Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn have attended the London premiere of their hit romantic comedy The Break-Up - but foxed paparazzi by arriving separately. The US actors, who reportedly started dating during filming, play a couple going through a painful separation.
Asked to describe his co-star, Vaughn said she was "the best - very genuine, honest and down-to-earth".
Aniston, meanwhile, said working with Vaughn - who co-wrote and produced the film - was "fantastic" and "great".
The pair have been the subject of intense media scrutiny since Aniston's divorce from Brad Pitt last year after five years of marriage.
Autographs
The Break-Up, which opens in the UK on 21 July, had the third most successful US opening weekend ever for a romantic comedy.
Aniston, who has had mixed box-office fortunes since the end of hit sitcom Friends, said the film was "a comical look at two people trying to survive or not survive in their relationship".
Vaughn, who signed autographs for fans waiting in London's Leicester Square, also took the opportunity to praise British women.
"What's not to like?" he told reporters. "British girls are smart, they have a great fashion sense and a sense of humour."
