The �4m house in Poole is said to be inspired by the Thunderbirds' Tracy Island base.

It was built by Thunderbirds fan and local Poole developer Eddie Mitchell.

The stairwell has more than 1,000 fibre-optic lights which change colour.

The heating, lighting and even the curtains are operated by buttons on an electronic keypad.

The blue glass and blue-fronted two-storey house boasts six bedrooms.
