In the search for fine clothing Britain's Saville Row holds a special place in both history and fashion. The tailors there have outfitted royalty and celebrities for years, making it a true bastion of British tradition.

But while the fashions may have changed over the decades, one thing that remained the same was the job of head cutter - it was strictly an all boys club.

But now Kathryn Sargent is the first woman to hold the role of head cutter after starting work at Gieves & Hawkes 14 years ago sorting buttons and thread.
