| Mail deliveries in parts of Plymouth have been affected a six-hour walkout by postal workers. Members of the Communications Workers Union took industrial action at midnight on Monday over changes to shift patterns. Managers said they were stepping in to deal with post at the north central delivery office. But they added there would be delays in deliveries to the city's PL2 and PL3 postcode areas.
