At the Pump Works Brian bumps into Rozena, who’s meeting Rita but struggling with her pram. She tells Brian she thinks working in the office is easier, but Sameer wants her to spend quality time with her son! Brian suggests Roz swaps her stilettos for comfy flats. It might be time to reassess her life, like he has. Brian says he wants a proper relationship, but not with Isabel. Rozena has a good moan to Rita about Sameer and Brian, with their tips on parenting. Rita wants to talk business though, and asks Rozena’s advice about buying Saffron Ray’s. They agree it’s a bit neglected but has a lot of potential
Meanwhile, Jodie walks by the canal. She reminds Pradeep over the phone he only has until the end of the week to get the money together to buy the restaurant. Jodie bumps in to Nadia and virtually accuses her of being behind all of her recent problems, then just asks Nadia directly. Nadia says she knows that they will never be friends. She tells Jodie to relax and sleep easy, hinting that her run of bad luck might be ending soon …
