This week my BBC Introducing tip is Joel Baker and it comes from BBC Introducing in East Midlands. He’s born and raised in Nottingham but now lives in London and manages to juggle a burgeoning music career alongside a day job as a “parliamentary bag carrier”! His debut EP, ‘Long Sleeves’, has just been released and maybe he’ll soon be sitting alongside fellow Dean Jackson-tipped successes: Indiana and Jake Bugg.
