Who were the Romans?

The Roman empire (which began in 27BC) was one of the biggest empires to ever exist, spanning from northern England to Syria.

Known for their strong army and working toilets (no, really, they had working toilets!) the Romans had a mastery of building amazing buildings like the colosseum and fabulous marble statues.

Who were the Celts?

The Celts were a number of tribes found throughout Europe including Britain and Ireland around 750BC to AD43.

They were known for being really good at fighting, using swords and shields thatโ€™d make any puny Roman solider yelp! They even would paint themselves blue as a scare tactic.
