The aim is to use the facilities that the city already has and celebrate what it has. California already has a LOT to offer as it's one of the best places in the world for tech, sports and entertainment. They host huge events very regularly so this should be a walk in the park! In previous years, countries hosting the Olympic Games have had to build permanent infrastructure to be able to hold the events!
