Charity-robbing Clarissa has a passion for fashion. She buys all the latest trends and is desperate to get her hands on the most exclusive designer items. The Hustle gang decides that the way to con this woman is to make her want what she can't have. It's time to give her the 'Emperor's New Clothes.'

It may be more fairy-tale than con, but the same rules still apply: create the hype and let the mark do all the chasing.

And so begins a cat and mouse game in which Clarissa believes she is hot on the tails of celebrated new designer, Lorde. He's urban, he's cool - he's Billy in disguise, but will she want to invest in this bright young thing?
