Hi I watched the film a few times over, and I've thought of a few pointers. The acting skills are not bad, although important speech must be emphasised and made clear. Most of the faults are technical. The entire first scene is unpercievable, and the 2nd barely makes sense. The editor has cut off the clip during speech, a bad idea. Other than those, by standards, it is ok.

A big improvement would have been to use close-up mics - the speech is inaudible a lot of the time because of wind noise.
