
"Best mate Charlie got Harry a job on the post when he lost his own printing business," explains actor Neil Dudgeon. "He's basically of a certain age, looking at his life and thinking it's okay, but it's just a bit sort of humdrum."

"He's been married to Kathy for 20 years and he's thinking 'is this it, is this all there is for the rest of my life?' Then he meets Roisin and he's very attracted to her. He's just dipping a little toe into a world of possibility and there's a frisson there that he hasn't found in many years.
"It's a bit of a reminder to him of how things used to be in his life and he starts thinking about where all those feelings went. Then Kathy is involved in a very serious car crash and he finds out that she's been hiding some pretty big secrets from him. He's forced to question everything that he hadn't previously questioned.
"He starts to think maybe he's just been punting along the bottom thinking everything is okay when really it isn't.
Neil thinks it's the kind of situation that a lot of people can relate to - being torn between the passion and excitement of something new and the stability of something they know.
"It's a very fundamental story about people thinking am I in the right relationship? Should I be in a different relationship?"

"It's about making choices about what you want in your life. Do I replace friendship, security, contentment and a lot of things that add up to your wellbeing โ do I sacrifice all that for a thrill?
"I think it's a very fundamental story about people's lives, thinking am I in the right relationship? Should I be in a different relationship? Is what I've got in this relationship better than someone else's?"
"He's facing some difficult choices, but at least he got to be a hero," laughs Neil. "Every man should get that chance at least once."
