Alongside this uk premiere is another work for cello and choir, from the long-time collaborator of the BBC Singers, Dame Judith Weir. There is also the chance to hear works written for smaller forces, including Libby Larsen’s A Lover’s Journey, originally written for The King’s Singers, music from Cecilia McDowall, Roxana Panufnik and Imogen Holst.
