The attached pictures are from a trunk belonging to my father William Kelly (b: 2 Nov. 1909 - Liverpool, d: 15 Dec. 1980 Canada) who came to Canada in the summer of 1925 as a Barnardo boy.
Although he often talked of going home to Liverpool, he never did.
All pictures were developed at Liverpool England.
If someone could provide the identity or other information about these people it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
 | | I believe, but not confirmed, that the picture is of his brother Alfred James Kelly, Kings Regiment, born Dec.1905 Liverpool the son of Alfred James Kelly and Sarah Ellen Morris. The lady in the picture my be his sister Florence Owen (nee Kelly). In 1925, Alfred Kelly (Jr.), residence was 28 Fairview Place; but, in June of that year he was at Aldershot with King's Liverpool Regiment. The picture was dated November 1924 |
