With a CV that includes Eton, service in the SAS, expeditions to the North and South Poles and a bravery medal from the Sultan of Oman, he’s got plenty to talk about. If you want something to intrigue and entertain the little ones, what about THE WEATHER KITCHEN? It’s aimed at anyone aged seven or under – but any plot centering on a geezer called the Weather Cook must be worth a look for big kids of all ages. You’ve also got two banker classics. There’s the ever-popular CHARLOTTE’S WEB - the tale of Wilbur the pig and his farmyard friends – splendid. Or THE OWL AND THE PUSSYCAT, an adaptation of Edward Lear’s classic piece of nonsense verse.
