| | As a founding member of Led Zeppelin, Robert Plant is one of the fathers of hard rock.
With Jimmy Page, John Paul Jones and John Bonham, he wrote anthemic folk and JRR Tolkien-inspired songs, laying down the blueprint for Heavy Metal and all the rifftastic sub-genres it spawned.
Mild-mannered Plant seemingly underwent a personality change while on tour, with his antics achieving legendary status.
