Man dies in four-vehicle collision

One man has died and three drivers seriously injured in a four-vehicle collision in an East Yorkshire village.

Humberside Police said they believed a Nissan Micra and HGV collided, before the HGV was involved in a crash with a BMW 330e and Volkswagen Polo, at 06:50 GMT on the A1035 at Tickton.

The driver of the BMW, a 52 year old man, was pronounced dead at the scene, with the other drivers taken to hospital.

The force is appealing for anyone with information about the incident to get in touch.
