Police probe unexplained death in West Lothian

Police are investigating an unexplained death after a man was found injured in West Lothian on Tuesday morning.

He was discovered at a property on Quarry Road in the village of Fauldhouse at about 10:20 and he later died from his injuries in hospital.

The force said inquiries were ongoing into the cause of death.

A local who did not want to be named told BBC Scotland News that there has been a large police presence the area since the man was found.
