Motorcycle crash victim was 'loving' dad-of-five
Family photographThe partner of a motorcyclist who was killed in a collision with a van has paid tribute to him, describing him as "selfless" and "loving".
Officers were called to reports of a collision on North Holme Road, Louth, at about 13:45 GMT on Tuesday.
Lincolnshire Police said Gary Pidgley, 48, who was from the Horncastle area, died at the scene.
In a statement, his partner, Tara Woods, said: "Gary, a father who had four daughters and a nine-month-old son, who he adored, was a very good friend, a loving father and wonderful partner to me."
"He was cheeky, with the best laugh and sense of humour," she said.
She added: "He was a selfless man and would do anything for anybody without hesitation.
"Gary was my person and I was his. We had so many plans. Our lives will never be the same. I love him so much and will forever miss him."
Witnesses or anyone with relevant dashcam footage is asked to contact police.
