People in an area of Brighton have been told to keep their doors and windows closed due to a fire.

East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service has also asked people to avoid the Bonchurch Road area while it battles to bring the blaze under control.

Meanwhile, water supplier Southern Water warned people they could experience issues as the firefighters use "a number of hydrants".

The fire service confirmed no-one had been injured in the blaze, which broke out at about 11:30 GMT, adding that it had two fire engines still at the scene at 13:30.
