A man has been charged with murder after a body was found in a marina.

Cornwall and Devon Police launched a murder inquiry after Drew Perham, 24 was found dead in Plymouth's King Point Marina, Millbay, on Sunday. He had been reported missing by his family on Saturday.

Layton Randle, 19, of no fixed abode, has been charged with murder and is due to appear before Plymouth Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.

Two 19-year-old men, one from Plymouth and one from Exmouth, were also arrested on suspicion of murder and remained in custody, officers said.
