Viewings have been scheduled for two waterfront locations after enquiries were put in to redevelop the sites.

Guernsey Ports said it was currently inviting expressions of interest in the redevelopment of Slaughterhouse East, adjoining the existing restaurant, and a seafront premises on the Crown (Victoria) Pier.

It said its property advisers, Savills, would host an open morning at both sites on Friday between 09:00 BST and 11:00.

It added the deadline for submitting a formal expression of interest was 30 April.

Interested parties were encouraged to arrange a viewing by contacting Savills as soon as possible.

Commercial development manager David Buddery said: "The level of interest we have seen since launching these opportunities demonstrates the appeal and potential of these landmark sites.

"The open morning will allow interested parties to better understand the character of the buildings and the scale of opportunity, and we would welcome any further enquiries from those with the right experience and vision."
