Cyclist seriously hurt in early morning crash with van
Ian SA 24-year-old man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after an early morning crash involving a van and a bicycle in the Borders.
Emergency services were called out at about 04:50 to the incident on Tweed Road in Galashiels.
The cyclist was taken to hospital for treatment following the collision.
The road has since reopened but officers remained at the scene.
