A nature reserve where a man was killed when his small aircraft crashed into a reservoir is to reopen.

Peter Beeson, 66, from Hertfordshire, was the only person on board the Beagle B.121 Pup when it crashed in Hanningfield Reservoir, near Chelmsford, on 28 December.

Essex Wildlife Trust said Hanningfield Reservoir Nature Discovery Park would reopen on Wednesday, from 10:00 to 16:00 GMT.

Hanningfield Waterside Park, run by Essex & Suffolk Water, will also be reopening on Wednesday, from 09:00 to 15:30 GMT.
