'Utter disbelief' after teen fatally stabbed
Family handoutPeople who knew a 16-year-old boy who was allegedly murdered say his community has been left devastated.
Shayne Hambakachere, from Chippenham, was found with stab wounds in the Wiltshire town on 31 January and later died in hospital. A 15-year-old boy has been charged with his murder and was remanded in a youth detention centre.
Shayne worked at Fay's Bistro in Calne and its owner Fay Stallen said she was in "utter disbelief".
The 16-year-old was also a keen sportsman and Dean Mutam, who met him at his local gym, said people remained "very shaken" by his death.
Mutam described the teenager as a "very social person" and said he would often check in with people at the gym.
"Everyone is surprised and astonished," he said.

"This is something that has shaken the community because it's something we don't often see here."
Mutam has been helping to coordinate a fundraising page to help Shayne's family with funeral costs.
"The response from the community has been amazing," Mutam said.
After his shifts at Fay's Bistro, Stallen said Shayne would spend his tip money on his favourite treat — a millionaire's shortbread.
"So 100% of proceeds from the millionaire's shortbreads we sell are going to his family," she added, describing him as a "really lovely young man" with big hopes and dreams.
"Worrying about money is the last thing I'd want those parents to be doing right now."
Family handoutShayne's family, who have been living in Wiltshire for three years and moved to Chippenham in April last year, thanked people in the town for their support.
"The community has contributed so much," Shayne's father Emmanuel Hambakachere said previously.
Shayne was in Year 11 at Hardenhuish School and had planned to become a bricklayer.
Emmanuel described his son as a "brave and bold" young man and said he was looking forward to his school prom, his 17th birthday in June, and the start of his career.
"Shayne was ambitious and driven, he was a hard worker with big dreams," he told the BBC.
Steve Bent runs The Ruze, a creative hub in Chippenham that has opened its doors to support any young people affected by Shayne's death.
"It's not just the kids at Hardenhuish," he said. "They're all mates with kids in other schools and it's very much at the front of everyone's minds.
"Some of the young people we've had in were very close friends, some of them weren't.
"The general sense across the board is just devastation."
