A 5.8-mile (9.3km) stretch of road through Nottinghamshire will see overnight closures for repair work.

Motorists will be unable to use the A614 Old Rufford Road near Ollerton between 20:00 and 06:00 GMT from Monday to Friday this week while the "essential repairs" are being carried out.

The work on the section of road, between the A617 Kirklington Road roundabout near Bilsthorpe and the Ollerton Roundabout, should be complete by 06:00 on Friday, said Nottinghamshire County Council.

A diversion will be signposted along the A617, A6191, A6009, A60, A632 and A616 and vice-versa during the work.
