Luke Emmess, a finalist on the BBC cooking show MasterChef: The Professionals, has recreated his chocolate molten tart.

The 32-year-old, who runs the kitchen at The Wykeham Arms in Winchester, will compete against two others for the show's trophy on Thursday.

Ahead of the final being aired, Emmess treated BBC South's Edward Sault to the dessert he made during his skills test.
