'We all deserve to be safe, and loved for who we are'

"We all deserve to be safe, and to be seen, and to be deeply loved for who we are". Katie Manning is using her art to champion children born with cleft palate.

She says her work is about challenging society's judgements and stigmas, and has "grown into a mission and a movement of education championing these beautiful faces".

During August, she is taking her art on tour around America.

"If you would of told me four years ago this was going to happen, I would of struggled to believe you... I feel incredibly excited and ultimately really, really proud."
