Nigel Havers touring theatres across the South East
Actor and presenter Nigel Havers said he loves his reputation for playing English gentlemen, even if he has been "pigeon-holed".
Havers said he loves continuing to play the roles having carved out a reputation in that role in Chariots of Fire, as Lord Andrew Lindsay, and on screen in The Gentleman and A Passage to India.
His comments come ahead of his unscripted, one-man show touring across the UK, including in Brighton, Chatham and Guildford.
Speaking to BBC South East, Havers said: "I hope I can make people laugh."
