Moment man lays wreath dressed as fake admiral at Remembrance event
A 64-year-old man has been fined £500 after admitting to attending a a Remembrance Sunday event dressed as a navy admiral without permission.
This is the moment Jonathan Carley was spotted wearing the uniform and medals of a high-ranking navy officer whilst in attendance at the wreath-laying service in Llandudno on 9 November.
On Monday, Carley, from the Harlech area of Gwynedd, admitted wearing uniform bearing the mark of His Majesty's Forces without permission.
