Like the Have Your Say pages, you can use the new BBC message boards to discuss ideas, share your views or find information. The only difference is that unlike the old message boards, you can decide what you want to talk about by creating a new discussion topic, and your message will appear instantly. To use the new BBC message boards you first need to register. If you haven't registered yet, our step-by-step guide will help you get started. If you have already registered on another BBC message board, you can use your login and username on the BBC Norfolk message board. How to get started (hint: you may want to print off these instructions) 1) Click on the link below which will open a new window and take you to the main message board page. Click here 2) On the top left-hand corner of the page, click on the word register in the blue box. 3) Read the instructions, and when you are ready to register, click on I accept at the bottom of the page. 4) You will then be taken to a new page where you need to choose a first name and last name. This name will appear on the message board when you post a message. You do not have to use your real name if you don't want to! 5) You then need to chose a login name and password which will not appear in your messages. This name will allow you to log on and off the message boards. You may need to try a few as your login name must be unique. 6) After filling in the form complete with your e-mail address, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail. You must now open and reply to your email message for registration to be completed. You are now ready to post a message! Click here for instructions on how to post a message »
