Here's an experiment you can try at home.
This one is great fun and really messy!
Ask an adult to get you some custard.

What you need:
PLAIN CUSTARD POWDER

WATER

custard powder in bowl

What to do:

Pour some custard powder into a bowl.

mix the custard  Mixit with water while stirring until it feels weird; you’ll know what I mean when you feel it! Try running a spoon handle through the custard mixture.

finger in custard Thespoon should leave a clean cut groove that swiftly fills with liquid custard again.Or try sticking your finger in - the custard should stick to your finger!
