'Cooking' without heat is the challenge that faces the lads in this episode. No oven or hob will be used in any of the recipes they prepare.
Ruaraidh heads to the continent and shows us how he prepared salami from the raw ingredients and Uisdean makes a classic Spanish soup, gazpacho. Uisdean also makes the South American fish dish, ceviche. For a dessert Ruaraidh has a No Bake cheesecake recipe, but first Uisdean shows us how to prepare another classic, steak tartare.
