The murmuration is sharing vivid dreams and their go-to dinners, when nothing's calling to you from the fridge.

Many members of the murmuration - AKA the filth - are dreaming vividly of celebrities at the moment. While the real, yet tenuous, encounters with the famous include a badminton match with John Kettley’s sister.

Emma of Norwich is experiencing a bad case of "fridge food resentment". But the murmuration is on hand with go-to dinners, when you've got nothing in. Perhaps we should all just head to Italy, where (according to some chatty tourists) you can’t even demand a bad meal.

The musical mix includes the underappreciated but magnificent Patti Drew, the praiseworthy Camille Yarborough, Ben L’Oncle Soul covering a White Stripes hit, and a favourite tune from Talking Heads.
