President Trump has signed the founding charter of his Board of Peace initiative, telling a ceremony in Davos it will work with the United Nations, to help bring ever-lasting peace around the world. The UK has said it won't be joining for now, because of legal issues, and the possible involvement of Vladimir Putin.
