The Joseph Rowntree Foundation have published their annual report on the state of poverty, and it’s found that more than one in five people in the UK, around 14.2 million, were living in poverty. The overall poverty rate for Wales is 22 per cent - equal to England but higher than Scotland and Northern Ireland. The Joseph Rowntree Foundation warn that Britain's poorest are getting poorer… Do you know someone who is struggling?

A woman with cervical cancer who waited years to be diagnosed says she has "lost her faith in doctors". Jessica Mason from Penarth went back and forth to her GP for years until she had to beg for a scan which revealed that she had cancer. The Welsh government said it was working with the NHS to improve gynaecological cancer outcomes. But, do you feel heard by your GP?

Yesterday marked 100 years since the television! Back in 1926, the inventor John Logie Baird gave the first ever demonstration of a working television, in his laboratory in London. Since that day we’ve been glued to our screens, but what were your earliest memories of big TV moments?
