Did you have to leave Wales to further your career? Or were there plenty of opportunities on your doorstep? The new leader of Reform UK in Wales - Dan Thomas – has spoken about leaving home because "good opportunities" there were "few and far between". Originally from Blackwood in Caerphilly county, Thomas moved to London, where he worked in financial services before moving into politics.

The minimum unit price for alcohol in Wales will increase from 50p to 65p in October. It means a can of lager currently available for £1 will cost at least £1.30, and a bottle of whisky now costing £14 will cost a minimum of £18.20. The change primarily impacts shops and supermarkets, by increasing the cost of cheaper alcoholic drinks. Welsh ministers said this is a "landmark policy to help reduce deaths and harm from excess alcohol". So do you back a minimum price for booze?
