Kamilah McInnis meets The Maka Twins, James and John Makanjuola. The former Portsmouth and Bournemouth University students run a cleaning firm, but in their spare time they clean up some of the UK’s less-loved spaces for free. The brothers share why they want to change the perception of cleaning.

In her Valentine’s Day Sample Show, Kamilah looks at the love songs influenced by earlier hits – find out how a Patti LaBelle classic inspired Nelly and Kelly Rowland’s Dilemma.

We also reflect on the life of reggae legend Sly Dunbar, the revered drummer who played with everyone from Bob Marley to The Rolling Stones. Kamilah spins some of the tunes he helped bring to life.
