Minimum wage and prosthetic legs

Jeremy discusses whether the minimum wage for young people should be raised and the legacy of Jesse Jackson. A man who built his own prosthetic leg and not liking dogs.

Jeremy discusses whether the minimum wage for under 21s should be raised or if that is a disincentive for firms to hire them. He looks at the legacy of Jesse Jackson, the US civil rights campaigner who has died at 84. We meet a man who was so frustrated with the choice of prosthetic legs on offer via the NHS that he built his own. Also, the social stigma of saying: "I don't like dogs."
