Jersey approves assisted dying
Jersey has become the second part of the British Isles to approve assisted dying
A law to allow terminally ill adults the right to choose to end their own lives has been approved in Jersey. It marks the final legislative stage for the landmark proposals before they get Royal Assent in the UK. A final post-Brexit deal is agreed for Gibraltar, and we hear from some of the all-female cast of a version of Shakespeare's Julius Caesar, hailed as βone of the most important theatrical events of the last 20 yearsβ prepares to tour schools.
