Stone lifting in Dunglven, The Old Irish Goat of Armagh, and Belfast's pioneering women.
Dolores McGuckin, one of Ireland’s strongest women, unveils a new tour of stones in Dungiven, as part of an effort to revive the traditional test of strength known as “stone lifting”. Researchers in Armagh uncover evidence that the Old Irish Goat of myth and legend dates back to neolithic times. And, to mark International Women’s Day, a story of a pioneering female doctor, and others from Clifton House in Belfast. Presented by Eve Blair.
