A feast of food from Niklas Ekstedt, Vivek Singh, Shivi Ramoutar and Big Zuu. Also, Rick Stein and Clive Myrie head out of the studio and across the globe.
Niklas Ekstedt kicks off the show with a light but flavour-packed salad of grilled mackerel, brown butter potatoes and soft boiled eggs – a perfect brunch or light lunch option.
Vivek Singh evokes his childhood memories of growing up in India with a dish that reminds him of his father. He packs plenty of veg in a comforting rice and lentil khichri with smoky burnt aubergine relish.
Shivi Ramoutar brings a warm Caribbean sunshine to the studio with her Jamaican beef patties and a refreshing-yet-fiery ginger-dressed tomato and orange salad.
Big Zuu brings big energy and even bigger portions with his saag paneer buns layered with onion bhajis and coriander chutney, while Kate Jenkins delivers the best brownie recipe on the planet.
Finally, Loyle Carner tucks into either his food heaven, gnocchi primavera, or his food hell, a double dose of mussels.
Meanwhile, Rick Stein heads to Ireland in search of the finest beef, and Clive Myrie is in Barbados, getting to live out a childhood dream of driving a tractor.
