US negotiators prepare for second round of ceasefire talks

Iran hasn't confirmed if it will take part in negotiations.

The White House says that the US vice-President, JD Vance, will lead a team of negotiators in Pakistan tomorrow for a second round of talks to end the war with Iran. Tehran says it won't make a decision about sending a negotiating team, while an American naval blockade is still in place.
