Bog Butter in Carrickmore, Blossoms in Armagh and Red Squirrels in the Heart of Down

A Tyrone farmer has unearthed a large slab of ancient bog butter on his land, apple-growing traditions are blossoming anew in Ardress, and the red squirrels are thriving in Ballyness.
