Julian Worricker is joined by Ben Archer, played by Ben Norris, and script editor for The Archers, Julie Beckett. They discuss men's mental health in Ambridge. What helped Ben recover from his breakdown? How did Ben Norris prepare for the role? And are the younger generations in the village better at opening up emotionally?
The trio revisit a heartfelt scene between two Ambridge stalwarts written in 1992 by Sally Wainwright, who went on to pen Happy Valley and Riot Women.
They also find out about how characters in Ambridge are given their names, and just how many Bens there are in the village. But will they correctly guess the name of Amber and George's baby?
