The London locksmith scam

A locksmith has been secretly filmed by the BBC trying to charge nearly 10 times an original quote, after scores of people raised concerns about the company.

The filming happened as part of a BBC investigation into "bait-and-switch scams", which see customers lured in with an initial cheap quote before hidden charges and unnecessary work are added.
