Britain's deadliest footpath

The largest island in Essex has been shrouded in mystery for more than a century.

Essex has more than 30 islands along its nearly 350 miles of coastline, but none of them are quite like Foulness near Southend, which is owned by the Ministry of Defence and used for top-secret weapons testing.
