US threatens tariffs after talks with Iran

The United States says it will impose secondary tariffs on any country that imports goods or services from Iran. Also on the programme, a look at how the European Union will handle its trading relationship with China in the coming years; and, a celebration of Iranian pre-revolutionary cinema.
