Trump says Iran regime change is 'best thing that could happen'

US President Donald Trump says regime change in Iran is "the best thing that could happen", marking one of his clearest endorsements of replacing the clerical establishment. Our international correspondent, Lyse Doucet, has a rare report from Tehran.
