
Russia killed Alexei Navalny using dart frog toxin, UK and allies say
Yvette Cooper says only Russia had the 'means, motive and opportunity' to poison Navalny.
Britain and its European allies have blamed the Kremlin for the death of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny, who they say was killed using a poison derived from a dart frog toxin.
